Bylaws

The Executive Board voted to amend the current bylaws to move our election cycle to a fiscal year cycle to match the international cycle. There were also some changes to improve the grammar of the bylaws. At our November 4 meeting the amendments to the Bylaws were approved by a voice vote. They are now off to the IRWA General Counsel for final approval.
