	Chapter 15 is the New Jersey Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). We are a professional organization serving the needs of practitioners in the right of way field. Chapter 15 has members in professions ranging from attorneys to surveyors. What brings us together is our participation in the acquisition, valuation and management of rights of way. If you are interested in joining our organization, please visit the IRWA Membership Page. We hope you will join with us and share your time, talents and energy to help us improve our profession. There are many ways to participate in Chapter 15 including attending chapter meetings (non-members are welcome), networking with a professional committee in your specialty, contributing articles for our newsletter, serving as a chapter officer, or attending courses.
